The Southwest Daily Times, Seward County, Sunday, September 11, 1938 September 11, 1938
Mr. and Mrs. Richard CLAGGETT of Hugoton, are the parents of a daughter born at
Epworth hospital, Friday, September 9. Mrs. Claggett is the former Effie RIGGLE
of Liberal. The baby arrived just two days after her little cousin, baby born to
Mr. and Mrs. Henry RIGGLE of Hugoton at Epworth hospital. Mrs. Claggett is a
sister of Mr. Riggle.
