All Restrictions Removed by County Health Office Beginning Wednesday. Officer Urges Personal Caution. The provisional quarantine which has been in effect for the past several weeks, will be raised tonight, and tomorrow morning everything will return to normal again. There will be no restrictions upon anyone and all may come and go as they see fit. However, Geo. S. SMITH, county health officer, advises that every person use all caution in protecting themselves and their families as much as possible against contracting disease. He has raised the quarantine and puts every citizen on his own respsonsibility in the matter. Another case of smallpox developed today, but the scarlet fever has abated to the point where it permits a resumption of normal conditions.
