A. Brown Died In Chicago Recently. Mrs. C.A. BROWN, who resided in Liberal a number of years ago when her husband was manager of the Star Grocery Co., died March 11 in Chicago, according to word received b Mr. and Mrs. A.V. Mahoney. Funeral services were held Sunday and burial was made beside her husband, who died about four years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Brown had one daughter, Blanche, who later married Ted RICHTER. Mr. and Mrs. Brown moved from Liberal to Hugo, Okla., some thirty years ago, and then in their later years went to Chicago to make their home with Mr. and Mrs. Richter and daughter, Patricia. Mrs. Richter passed away about five years ago and Mrs. Brown continued to make her home with Mr. Richter and Patricia at 4900 Marine Drive, Chicago. Mrs. Brown was taken ill about a month ago, according to the letter received from Mr. Richter, by Mr. and Mrs. Mahoney.
