Wamsley. Chola Claudine CLARK was born near Conway Springs, Kansas, May 31, 1890, and died in the Wesley hospital at Wichita, Kansas, Febrary 22, 1929, at age 38 years, 9 months and 21 days. Her school life was spent near Conway Springs, from which high school she graduated at the age of 17 years. After teaching school near there, she was married to Munford WAMSLEY, August 17, 1909. To this union three children were born, two of whom died in infancy. At the age of 18 years, she was converted and baptised into the Christian church, and, as long as she lived near that place always did her part toward carrying out her Christian faith and aiding in church duties. About eight years ago, they moved to western Kansas, about eleven miles northwest of Plains. Mrs. Wamsley was a true lover of home life, and was vitally interested in anything relative to her home. Although she had a great deal of illness herself, she was always solicitous and thoughtful for the comfort and welfare of others, and was so appreciative of anything done for her comfort. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, W.T. Wamsley; her son, Max; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. CLARK of Valley Center, Kansas; four brothers, O.E. Clark, and W.V. Clark of Wichita, Kansas; Leon Clark of Butte, Montana, and Averil B. Clark of Marshall, Oklahoma.
