PERSONAL INFORMATION: Samuel Crespin, 85, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal. He was born March 27, 1922, to Miguel and Teresita (Lujan) Crespin in Las Vegas, N.M. He married Cruzita "Chris" Montoya on Jan. 12, 1948, in Las Vegas. SURVIVED BY: His wife survives. He is also survived by five daughters, Rose Sias, Longmont, Colo., Sadie Herrera and husband, Juan, Liberal, Tina Aragon and husband, Manuel, Liberal, Mary Ann Coe and husband, David, New York City, and Helen Jacks, Liberal; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Jake Crespin, Firestone, Colo. He was preceded in death by one son, Sam Crespin Jr.; twin brother, Arthur Crespin; and one sister, Antonia Crespin. FUNERAL AND BURIAL INFORMATION: Funeral service will be at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Tony Judge presiding. Burial will be at the Liberal Cemetery.
