J.M. Harter Passed Away at Four o'Clock This Morning--Wife and Son Were With Him. J.M. HARTER of South Liberal, died this morning, after a few days illness. Mr. Harter had not been feeling well as usual for the past ffew days, although his condition was not considered serious. His wife and son were with him when the end came, and he had been talking to them but a few minutes before the end. Mr. Harter was born in Ohio, June 18, 1842, and died January 4, 1921.
