PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Myron F. "Jack" Herndon Jr., 60, died Thursday, August 16, 2007, in
Fayetteville, Ark. He was born Nov. 21, 1946, to Myron "Jack" Herndon and Geneva
Love in Perryton, Texas. 

SURVIVED BY:
He is survived by two sons, Eric and fiancee, Erica, and Matt and wife, Merri;
two grandchildren, Mason and Miller; one brother, Wendell Herndon and wife,
Mary; one sister, Beverly Skiles and husband, Mike; nieces and nephews, Nick,
Greg, Chris, Stephanie, Samantha, and Cody; and several uncles, aunts and
cousins. He was preceded in death by his father.

FUNERAL AND BURIAL INFORMATION:
Memorial services were at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 500 SW 104th, Oklahoma
City, OK, 73139.
