Death Takes Mr. and Mrs. E.R. Hess, Former Residents of Kismet. Friends of Mr. and Mrs. E.R. HESS will be grieved to learn of their death which occurred in Arizona as the result of an automobile accident. Mrs. Hess died last Thursday and Mr. Hess on Friday. The funeral was held in Phoenix, Arizona, Tuesday of this week. The Hess family lived in Kismet several years, Mr. Hess coming here in 1915, and organizing the Kismet State Bank. Later he organized the Kismet Milling and Elevator company. He was the first editor of the Kismet Klipper. The family left here a few years ago, first moving to Colorado and later to Arizona.
