Ellis OBERDICK, who was scalded in the boiler explosion last Friday afternoon, and who was brought to a local hospital Saturday, died last night. He was twenty-four years of age, and an ex-service man. His home was in Nashville, Kansas, and he was here working with the threshing crew near Hooker, where the accident occurred. His mother is her an dhis father was to have arrived on No. 1 today, to take charge of the remains. Same Newspaper; Wednesday, January 5, 1921 Body of Elmer Oberdick Taken To Nashville, Kans. The body of Elmer Oberdick was taken to his home in Nashville, Kansas, this morning on the plug, where funeral services and burial will take place. His parents accompanied the remains. He was the young man who died from result of burns in the boiler explosion last Friday.
