 KISMET ­ Wife, b. Cordell OK Washita co, 
    d. Kismet ks Seward co, D/O Olin J. and Jessee P. Wilson Wood in Cordell, 
    Okla. She married Robert "Bob" Simmonson Dec. 21, 1935, in El Dorado. He 
    died Nov. 21, 1988. She received her education at Morris, Texas. She worked 
    as a sales clerk for several years at Woolworth Department Store. She and 
    her husband were very active in assisting the youth of the community to 
    higher education, giving scholarships and other assistance. She was a member 
    of Kismet United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star No. 104 in 
    Liberal and the B42 Bridge Club for more than 50 years in Plains. She was 
    also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Maurice and Edward 
    Wood.
