Funeral Services for Robt. Troutman Saturday Afternoon. Robert TROUTMAN, age 96, last Civil war veteran in Meade county, died Wednesday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. GOWENS, 14 miles south of Plains, following a stroke of paralysis he suffered last Saturday. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at the West Glendale church and interment will be made in the Plains cemetery in charge of the Miller Mortuary. Mr. Troutman came to Meade county from Pratt county in 1920. He was a member of the Friends church. His wife died in 1925. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. A. Gowens of Plains, one son Henry Troutman of Caney, and a step-daughter, Mrs. Ida PACKARD of Plains.
