She was born May 5, 1905, to Harry and Eleanor English Thomas in Blossom, Texas. She married Raymond E. Kuehnert March 1924. He died Nov. 24, 1956. She then married Virgil Wadley in 1968. He died in 1995. She attended school at Rogers, Ark. She cared for elderly people in their homes. She was a member of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Liberal. She was a painter in oils, water and pastels, and enjoyed music. Survivors include one son, Doyle Kuehnert and wife Carol, Eagle Point, Ore.; two daughters, Dian Hardesty and husband Carl, Broomfield, Colo., and Dixie Jensen and husband Paul, Ogden, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren, and one brother, Doyle Thomas, Fallon, Nev. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. today at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Andrew Wehling presiding.
