Janet K. Fowler, 39, died Sept. 29, 2004, at Topeka.

She was born June 5, 1965, in Beaver County. She graduated from Liberal High
School in 1983 and received her certification in office occupations.

She attended First Southern Baptist Church, was active in the cancer group
Circle of Faith and Relay for Life, was a board member of OTLR and was involved
with the Girl Scouts, all at Liberal.

Survivors include: two sons, Ben and Adam Martin, both of Liberal; a daughter,
Annie Fowler, Liberal; her fiance, Terry Carlile, Liberal; two brothers, Terry
Cokeley, Turpin, Okla., and Kevin Thompson, Siloam Springs, Ark.; three sisters,
Kim Gaylord, Decatur, Ark., Sheryl Hickey, Houston, Texas, and Cindy Osborn,
Omaha, Neb.; her grandmother, Hazel Irene Fowler, Palco; and several nieces and
nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Erma Charlene Cokeley.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Southern Baptist Church, Liberal,
with the Rev. Keith Bryant presiding. Miller Mortuary, Liberal. Interment will
be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Liberal.
