He married Merriloy Duncan on Aug. 3, 1963, in Hooker, Okla. She survives. He graduated from Hugoton High School in 1960. He worked at Beech Aircraft in Liberal on the wing line and was a mechanical tech and inspector. He also farmed until his retirement in 1996. Other survivors include two sons, Kenny Judd, Liberal, and Troy Judd and wife Lisa, Alma, Ga.; three grandchildren, Brady, Cayden and Madison Judd; and two step-grandchildren, Vinnie Odom and Taylor Handy. He was preceded in death by his parents; three uncles, Don and Raymond Judd and Ival Rife; and one niece, Suzanne Duncan.
