The marriage of Miss Dorothy KING, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.P. King of 109 South Sherman avenue, to Mr. Kreston NORRIS of Liberal took place Tuesday evening, April 11, at Tyrone, Oklahoma, Reverend Frances Wick, pastor of Crescent church, performing the ceremony. The young people were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Will England and Miss Ruby Mae England of this city. Mrs. Norris attended Liberal high school last year and until the holidays this year was a member of the junior class of Paonioa, Colorado, high school. Mr. Norris, who is a son of Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Norris, formerly of Liberal, now of Dalhart, Texas, is a member of this year's senior class in Liberal high school. He has been captain of both the high school football and basketball teams. Mr. and Mrs. Norris are residing at the home of his uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Norris on North New York avenue, until the close of school, when they will go to Dalhart, Texas, where Mr. Norris will take a position with the Rock Island.
