BUREL.--Albert R. BUREL died at Camp Funston yesterday morning from pneumonia. He was the son of E.R. Burel, of the Hasty Express Co. His widow, Mrs. Mamie Burel, lives at 329 Jackson street. Funeral annoncements will be made when the body arrives. VOGLE.--Fred VOGLE, age 30, died Sunday in a local hospital. The funeral will be held this morning at 10 o'clock from Conwell's chapel. Burial in Topeka cemetery. CARPENTER.--Mrs. Margaret CARPENTER, 110 North Clay street, died Monday at her home. The funeral will be held this morning at 10 o'clock from the residence. Interment in Topeka cemetery. PETERSON.--Oscar PETERSON, 305 Lake street, died yesterday. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from Penwell's chapel. Interment in Mount Auburn cemetery. The services will be private. FITZPATRICK.--John U. FITZPATRICK died at Camp Funston Mondayh from pneumonia. His parents live at Stull, about fifteen miles southeast of Topeka. The body will be sent to Shelburn, Mo., for burial. FELISH.--Lufo FELISH, 204 Hancock street, died yesterday at his home. The body will be sent to San Antonio, Tex., for burial. CRANE.--Frank CRANE, son of Mr. D.O. Crane, died in Kansas City, Mo., Monday. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and will be private. Interment in Topeka cemetery. METZGER.--Dr. Thomas B. METZGER, age 41, died Tuesday at his home, 911 Monroe stret, after a short illness. He is survived by his mother, two sisters, and two brothers. Funeral announcements later. MULHALL.--Mrs. Mary MULHALL, age 77, died Monday at her home, 1107 West Eighth avenue. She is survived by one sone and three daughters. Funeral announcements later. KLARR.--The funeral of Bol KLARR, 154 Grattan street, who died ysterday will be held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock from the residence. Burial in Topeka cemetery. OAKS.--The funeral of Mrs. Ada OAKS, who died Monday at a local hospital will be held at Talty's chapel this morning at 9 o'clock. Interment in Mount Auburn cemetery. RUTH.--Sister M. RUTH, a teacher in St. Joseph's school, died at St. Francis hospital, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, after a weeks' illness. She was 21 years of age and was born in Leavenworth, where she received her education in the parochial schools and at St. Mary's academy. She had been in Topeka two years, and was very popular among the children of her school. Sister Ruth had been active in the sale of liberty bonds and thrift stamps, and was an active worker in the Red Cross. Like thousands of other sisters of charity, Sister Ruth has given much of her life to the nursing of the sick and wounded, caring for and sewing for ophans that have come under her care. She had been accomplishing as much service here, in her own work, as many nurses now serving on the front.
