Says He Was Indian Giver.
Gave Watiress $20, Got Kiss, Took Back His Twenty.
Wichita Falls, Tex., July 24--"He gave me $20 for a kiss, and then took his
money back," is the complaint made  to the police by a pretty waitress here.
