George Bauerschmitt Was a Well Known Shoe Man Here. Word has been received in Topeka of the death of Geroge Bauerschmitt, Sunday morning at the home of Mrs. Bauerschmitt's parents, Louisville, Ky. Bauerschmitt's health began to fail abotu New Year's and since then his decline has been steady. About ten days ago he was taken to Louisville, Ky., in the hope that the change in atomsphere would tend to improve his health. He was a well known figure in Topeka and had a wide circle of friends. Bauerschmitt was connected with the Palace Clothing company for many years as manager of the shoe department, and about three years ago with two partners organized the B.R.B. Clothing company.
