BELL.--The funeral of Conry BELL, age 19, who died Tueseay, will be held Friday morning at 9:30 from the residence, 611 West Tenth avenue. The body will be sent to Florence, Kan, for burial. HOFFMEISTER.--Mrs. Elizabeth HOFFMEISTER, age 43, died at her home, 1113 North Locust yesterday afternoon. She is survived by her husband, John Hoffmeister anf four daughter. Funeral announcements later. SIMON.--The funeral of Frank N. SIMON, who died at Fort Riley Sunday will be held Friday morning at 8 o'clock from St. Joseph's Catholic church. The body will lie in state today at Talty's undertaking parlors. GARNETT.--Word was received in Topeka yesterday of the death at Tacoma, Wash., of Mrs. M.L. GARNETT, formerly Miss Nettie ROBINSON, of Topeka. Death was caused by pneumonia. Mrs. Garnett leaves a husband, Montrose L. Garnett, and a little son, Billy, aged 2 years, two sisters, Mrs. D.F. DENMAN and Miss Anna L. Robinson, live in Topeka. The parents and three sisters reside in Pittsburg, Kan., and a brother in Denver, Colo., while another brother is in army service. Funeral arrangments later. METZGER.--The funeral of Dr. Thomas B. METZGER, age 41, who died Tuesday at his home, 911 Monroe street, will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from Penwell's chapel. Burial in Toepka cemetery. THOMAS.--Mrs. and Mrs. F.H. THOMAS, 1205 East Sixth avenue, have received word of the death of their youngest son, Clarence Thomas, who has been in government work in Indianhead, Md. Funeral announcements later. MULHALL.-The funeral of Mrs. Mary MULHALL, who died at her home, 1107 West Eighth avenue, will be held this morning at 9 o'clock from the Church of Holy Name. The funeral will be private. Burial in Mt. Calvary cemetery. CLARE.--James P. CLARE, 1917 Laurel avenue, died yesterday morning at his home. He is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters. He has been with the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe railway for the past thirteen years. The body will be sent to Chicago for burial. BROCKETT.--Mrs. Annie M. BROCKETT, widow of the late Dr. E.M. Brockett, died at a local hospital last evening. The body will lie in state at Bomgardner's undertaking parlors frm 4 to 7 o'clock today. The funeral will be held Friday at 2 o'clock from the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.A. STANLEY, 1265 Lincoln street. Burial in Topeka cemetery. The services will be private.
