Former Topeka Boy Was Trying to Enlist in Navy. Albert Fisher BULLARD, of Albany, Ga., died in Chicago last Wednesday of pneumonia, according to word received in Topeka yesterday by his grandfather, John W. FISHER, 701 Fillmore street. His father, William P. Bullard, will accompany the body to Topeka for burial in the family lot here. Albert was born in Atchison twenty years ago. At the time of his death he was in Chicago, where he was trying to join the Navy. An injury when a child, which destroyed his right eye, prevented his being accepted. Owing to the epidemic the funeral will be private, the relatives and pall bearers meeting at Shellabarger's chapel this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Short funeral services will be held at the grave in Mount Auburn cemetery.
