Mrs. Mary E. Burleigh.
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth BURLEIGH, 86, of 1013 Western, died Sunday in a Topeka
hospital. She was born March 11, 1861, in Clayton, Ill., and moved to Topeka
form Fairbury, Neb., 35 years ago. She was a  member of the Grace Cathedral and
Chapter AJ, of the PEO.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Nell CARD, Topeka, with whom she made her home; and
a son, W.H. Burleigh, Detroit, Mich. 
Her husband, Demoine Burleigh died in 1923.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Grace Cathedral, with interment in
Topeka Cemetery. The body will lie in state tonight at the Sanders-McMichael
Funeral Home.
