J.J. Caton Dies From Blood Poisoning in Santa Fe Hospital. J.J. CATON, 65, 185 Michigan avenue, Oakland, died at 12 o'clock Monday night at the Santa Fe hospital of blood poisoning. Caton had been employed at the Santa Fe shops for twelve years and a week ago Monday came home complaining that a finger pained him terribly. Infection was discovered and he gradually became weaker. Besides a widow, he is survived by eight children, Harley Caton, Omaha; Mrs. Clark GRESSER, Oakland; Mrs. Grace KING, Kansas City, Mo.; Clarence W.
