Eugene L. Coombs.
Holton.--Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mercer Funeral Home here for
Eugene L. COOMBS, 77, Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Holton, who died Saturday at
Phoenix. Burial will be in Holton Cemetery.
He was born April 5, 1893 at Atchison. He lived at Holton unil 1922 when he
moved to Albuquerque, N.M., where he lived 28 years before moving to Phoenix. He
was co-owner of a truck equipment firm before he retired.
He was a member of the Epsicopal Church and Masonic Lodge and Shrine at Phoenix.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Olive Coombs, of the home; a sister, Mrs. Mabel
DANIEL, Holton; and two brothers, Madison Coombs, Arlington, Va., and Herbert
Coombs, Holton.
