Mrs. Matilda Carlson Dies; Here Since 1883.

Mrs. Matilda CARLSON, 84, died Sunday at her home, 1011 Central. She was born
August 1, 1869, in Lindsborg, Kan., and had lived in Topeka since 1883. She had
been a member of the North Topeka Baptist Church for 39 years.
Mrs. CARLSON is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Grace FOWLER, of Topeka, Mrs.
Agnes THOMPSON, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Edith ROBINSON of Corry, Pa., and Mrs.
Louise HENDERSON of Hyattsville, Md.; a son, Albin CARLSON of the home; nine
grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
