Chacey. Doyle L. CHACEY, 71, of Meriden, died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital. He was born February 23, 1883, in Richland, Iowa, and had lived in the Meriden community since 1903. When World War I broke out, he enlisted in Battery A, 130th Field Artillery, and served in France with the 35th Division unit. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. John HUNT, Meriden; Bess CHACEY, Topeka; and Mrs. Paul REIDY, Tulsa, Okla., and a brother, Roy B. CHACEY, Meriden.
