Claude C. Douglas.
Claude C. DOUGLASS, 71, of Holton, died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital. A veteran
of World War I, Douglass had been a deputy sheriff for years in Jackson County.
He suffered a heart attack last week and was brought to a hospital in Topeka
Sunday.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alta Douglass, of Holton and a son, C.C.
Douglass, Jr., of Wichita.
