Mrs. Jennie L. Downing.

Mrs. Jennie Lynn DOWNING, 86, a member of a pioneer Shawnee County family, died
Wednesday in a Kansas City hospital.

She was the widow of David D. Downing, former financial editor of the Kansas
City Journal-Post, and lived in Kansas City.
She was born on the old Lynn homestead two miles southwest of Berryton.
Private funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Butler Funeral
Home in Kansas City.
