A.V. DeGraw.

A.V. DeGRAW, 81, former Holton druggist died Wednesday at the home of his
daughter, Miss Evelyn DeGRAW in Lawrence. He was born August 9, 1876, at Onaga
and had lived in Holton since 1912. he operated a drug store at Holton many
years and worked as a pharmacist at drug stores in Holton after he retired from
business. He also was in the insurance business before he retired.
Besides his daughter in Lawrence, he is survived by two other daughters, Mrs.
Gladys GWIN, Pratt, and Mrs. Velma RIEDERER, Holton; three grandchildren; and
two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude COLWELL, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Irene SMITH,
Onaga. 
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at the Mercer Funeral Home at Holton with
burial in Onaga Cemetery.
