Prominent as Livestock Man on Capper Farm Papers. Frank HOWARD, manager of the livestock department of the Capper farm papers, died at his residence, 810 Douthitt avenue, at 4 o'clock Wednesday morning. He was 54 years of age. Mr. Howard is survived by a widow and son, William Scott Howard, age 10; three brothers, John H. Howard, of Wichita; S.R. Howard, of Bartlesville, Okla.; William L. Howard, of Sapulpa, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Laura KELLER, Manhattan, and Mrs. Arthur SPENCER, of Joplin, Mo. Mr. Howard had been connected with the Capper farm papers for a number of years and was one of the most valued and popular members of the organization. He had an extensive acquaintance with livestock breeders thruout the vicinity. Funeral services will be held at the home at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon.
