Hughes. Samuel A. HUGHES, resident of Long Beach, Calif., died last week. Mr. Hughes was general colonization agent for the Frisco railroad for many years with headquarters in St. Louis and Albuquerque, N.M. He retired 16 years ago and moved to Long Beach.
