Hurley. Thomas J. HURLEY, 77, 2714 Kansas Avenue, died suddenly at the home of his daughter in Manhattan Saturday. He was born October 14, 1862, in Milan, Mich., and came to Kansas fifty-two years ago when he settled in Topeka. He was employed by the Cuthbert-Sargent Stone Works for many years and was also the marshal of the Court of Topeka for several years. He was a member of the Trinity Methodist Chruch. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edgar ROBINSON, Santa Barbara, Calif.; Mrs. W.C. HENTZLER, Topeka; Mrs. L.R. FREY, Manhattan; one sister, Mrs. Charles MEANWELL, Ypsilanti, Mich; and nine grandchildren. Services will be 3 p.m. Monday at Penwell Chapel, with burial in Mt.
