Jennings. Frank R. JENNINGS, 72, 1424 East 23rd, died Saturday evening in a Kansas City, Kan., hospital. He was born at Fort Scott, March 13, 1878, and moved to Junction City when a small boy. He lived there a number of years and then moved to Manhattan, where he had lived 11 years. While there he organized the Plumbers' Union. He then moved to Topeka where he has lived since. He was a member of the Plumbers' Union official here and the United Presbyterian Church in Manhattan. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nellie Jennings, of the home; one son, Raymond W.
