Mrs. Mabel Johnson.

Holton.--Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Mercer Funeral home of Holton
for Mrs. Mabel Alice JOHNSON, 71, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs.
Helen FRIEDRICK, of Nevada, Mo., Tuesday.

Mrs. Johnson was bron at Peabody, Kan., May 7, 1890, and lived in Holton until
she moved to Nevada about 15 years ago. She was a practical nurse and also
worked in a bakery.

She was a member of the Christian Church of Benton, Kan.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. FRIEDRICK, and Mrs. Geraldine HALL of
Torrence, Calif.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Clyde
HUDDLE(?) of Peabody; and a sister, Mrs. Nellie SHAY(SHEY?) of Kansas City, Kan.
Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery.
