Jacoby. W.H. JACOBY, 70, 914 Warren Avenue, and a retired employe of the Government loan offices, died Saturday night in a hospital in Santa Fe, N.M., following a heart attack, according to word received in Topeka. Mr. and Mrs. JACOBY had gone to Santa Fe to spend the summer. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, C.L. JACOBY, editor of the Norton Daily Telegram at Norton, and C.E. JACOBY, a commercial artist in Chicago, and one daughter, Mrs. William H. BOYD, Topeka.
