Margaret Lupton Dies.
Prominent K.U. Girl Succumbs After Long Illness.

News of the death of Margaret LUPTON, of Lawrence, reached friends in Topeka
yesterday afternoon. Miss Lupton is the daughter of E.H. Lupton, president of
the Bank Savings Life Insurance Co., of Topeka. Miss Lupton's death occurred at
Boulder where she has been endeavoring to recover her health following a
sickness of several months.
Margaret Lupton graduated from the University of Kansas in 1917 where she was
very popular thruout her college life for her interest in student affairs. Few
girls from the university were better known and left more friends behind them at
graduation. She is survived by her father and mother, a sistser, Claribel, and
two brotheres, Edwin and Elmer. No funeral announcements have been made.
