Ms. Sibyl May LEE, 49, died Wednesday at her home, 2006 Topeka Avenue. She was born December 20, 1901, in Burlingame, and had lived in Topeka since 1909. She attended the Topeka public schools and was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church.
