Joseph Lowe.

Joseph LOWE, 70, retired Santa Fe employee, died Monday at his home, 515 East
First. He had been a resident of Topeka 30 years and was a member of the New
Mount Zion Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary SPILLMAN, San Diego, Calif.; a sister,
Mrs. Anna POWELL, Topeka; three nieces, a nephew, a great-nephew and five
great-nieces.
