Miller Dead. Had Been Identified With Topeka Cigar-Making Several Years. John G. MILLER, 49, a member of the firm of Klingaman & Miller, a wholesale cigar and tobacco firm died suddenly at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, at his home, 225 Harrison street. Death was due to a sudden attack of heart disease. He had been in ill health for some time. Mr. Miller was born in Chicago and came to Topeka when he was 2 years old . He was a salesman for Geroge Burghart's cigar factory for several years and was in the cigar manufacturing business with R.T. Kreipe for five years. For the last seven years he had been in business for himself, in partnership with Frank Klingaman. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret Miller; a son, B. George Miller, a student at St. Mary's college; a daughter, Teresa Miller of Topeka; his father, Peter MIller, of Trinidad, Colo.; two brothers, Joseph Miller, of Topeka, and Will Miller of Trinidad, Colo., and six sisters, Mrs. Martha PATTERSON, Mrs. Lena CALDWELL and Miss Marguerite Miller, all of Trindidad, Colo.; Mrs. Jacob GREENWALL, of Fort Madison, Ia.; Mrs. Harry SCHLENDERING, of Philadelphia and Mrs. E.J. HECK of Topeka.
