McKinney. Victor Cecil McKINNEY, 65, former Topekan, died Sunday in Ferndale, Wash. He was born April 2, 1885, in Polk County, Neb., and operated a grocery store at 1101 Oakland from 1915 until 1946. He was a member of the Oakland Christian Chruch, Masonic Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star, and the Topeka Food Dealers Association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pearl McKINNEY; a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn BOGLE, Topeka; four sisters, Mrs. Jesse HANEY, Topeka; Mrs. Nettie MULVANE, Raymond, Neb.; Mrs. Fred HANEY, Turlock, Calif.; and Mrs. Garfield BELDEN, Palo Alto, Calif.; a brother, Bruce McKINNEY, Visalia, Calif., and four grandchildren.
