Miller. Albert A. MILLER, 72, of Silver Lake, a member of an early pioneer Shawnee County family, died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital. He was born April 3, 1881, at Rossville. He was a grandson of Abraham Berkingham MILLER who settled in Tecumseh in 1856. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Josephine A. MILLER, of the home; a son, John C. MILLER, Silver Lake; a daughter, Mrs. Ruby Lee HATCH, Maple Hill; five grandchildren; three brothers, George MILLER, Fort Collins, Colo.; Earl MILLER, Silver Lake, and Frank MILLER, Dover; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel ROGERS, and Mrs. Hattie GRANT both of Silver Lake; three half-sisters, Mrs. Fay FRANKS and Mrs. Geraldine GRAYUM, both of Topeka, and Mrs. Leona TAYLOR, Gunnison, Colo., and a half-brother, Ray MILLER, Topeka.
