John MURRISON, 78, died at his home in Richland Saturday morning. He was born in Scotland, January 31, 1856 and came to America in 1888. He had made his home in Richland since 1929. He is survived by a son, Andrew MURRISON, Chapman, Kan.; seven daughters, Miss Effie MURRISON, of the home address; Mrs. Walter FLOBACHUTZ, Berryton; Mrs. Earl HOVORKA, Mrs. David KNISLEY, Miss Gertrude MURRISON, Miss Leo MURRISON and Miss Esther MURRISON, all of Topeka; seven grandchildren, a sister and four brothers. Funeral services will be at the Salem United Brethren church near Watson Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
