First White Child Born in Marshall County, Lived Here 30 Years. John Ellis MYERS, 76, died at the home of his son, John J. MYERS, Rural Route 7, Topeka, Tuesday. He was the first white child born in Marshall county, where he lived until moving to Topeka 30 years ago. In Marshall county he was one of the most prominent farmers and stockmen. Surviving in addition to his son, is his widow, Mrs. Olive K. MYERS. The two had been married 52 years, December 31, 1932.
