Two services have been scheduled for David Robert OGLE, 20, Lyndon, a soldier who was killed in combat in a fire fight near the Laos borner about 90 miles north of Pleiku in Vietnam, March 3. He was the son of Ben Ogle, Lyndon, and Mrs. Velma SMIDT, 4911 Rochester Road. He attended Overbrook Grade School and Seaman High School and was graduated from Lyndon High School. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church north of Topeka and at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Evangelical United Brethren Church at Vassar. He will lie in state after the service at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. A detail from Fort Riley will conduct military graveside services at Vassar Cemetery.
