Sherman Patterson. 

Sherman PATTERSON, 66, of Rock Creek, died in a local hospital Saturday evening.
He was born July 26, 1884 in McLouth, Kan., and lived his entire life in
Jefferson County, the past 41 years of which was spent on a farm near Rock Creek.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Blanche PATTERSON, of the home; two daughters, Mrs.
Lola BeROSSETT, Rock Creek; Mrs. Evelyn ERICKSON, Alhambra, Calif.; four sons,
Lloyd Patterson of Bell Flowers, Calif., Jessie Patterson of Puenti,Calif.,
Arthur Patterson of Rock Creek, and Vern Patterson of Meriden, Kan. Thirteen
grandchildren also survive.
