Col. Elijah W. PENNY, 80, died Thursday at his home, 1162 High street. The
funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Mondayh afternoon from the residence. Burial
in Topeka cemetery.

street, will be held at 4 o'clock Monday afternoon at Penwell's chapel. Burial
