U.T. Pierce Is Dead.
Tecumseh Man Is Survived by Wife and Six Children.

U.T. PIERCE, 62, died at his home near Tecumseh yesterday morning. He is
survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Lurena SHEFCHIK, Tama, Ia., and Mrs.
Meria HALL, Peoria, Ill.; four sons, Oliver PIERCE, Topeka; J.C. and R.W.
PIERCE, Tecumseh; and Frank PIERCE, Tecumseh, Neb., and nine grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed. His body will lie in state at
Penwell's chapel.
