MASSEY, Topeka; two sons, Robert and James Quinley, both of Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Emma WAGGONER, Weston, Mo., and Mrs. Carl NORRIS, Oklahoma City; and two brothers, George A. and Peter James Quinley, Kansas City.
