Mrs. Betty M. Rivers.

Mrs. Betty Miles RIVERS, 73, of Lyndon, a nurse at the Methodist Home for the
Aged, died Wednesday in a Topeka hospital. She was born December 10, 1884, at
Mayport, Pa., and had lived in the Lyndon community 50 years. She was a member
of the Christian Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn RICKART, Lyndon; two grandchildren; a
brother, Zeph SPACE, Missoula, Mont.; and three sistes, Mrs. Leota SHOUZO and
Mrs. Katie HOHL, both of Bushton, Kan., and Mrs. Ada MARSHALL, Lyndon. 
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Shaffer Mortuary at Lyndon with
burial in Lyndon Cemetery.
