Funeral services for Mrs. Olive RUGGER, 62, of 1225 North Madison Street, who died Monday in a local hospital, will be held Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Peebler's Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rochester Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the funeral home until noon Thursday. She was born July 2, 1876, in Missouri, and lived in Clay Center before coming to North Topeka to make her home in 1894. Mrs. RUGGER is survived by her husband, A.E. RUGGER, of the home; six daughters, Mrs. W.B. CRAWETHEE, Salina; Mrs. P.D. PETTY, Odessa, Texas; Mrs. A.E. PARRETT, Mrs. A.T. MARSHALL, Mrs. V.K.
