Mrs. Katharine S. SCOTT, 53, wife of Frank A. Scott of Topeka, died Sunday night of a cerebral hemorrhage at the Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Mrs. SCOTT had been in Washington some time caring for an invalid daughter, Mrs. Margaret V. AVERILL. SCOTT, an employee of the Kansas Inspection Bureau, lives at 700 Garfield. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon in Ottawa with burial in the Hope Cemetery there. Mrs. SCOTT also is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Homer FLORA of Kansas City, Mo.; a son, Thomas F. PORTER, of Ottawa, and a sister, Mrs. J.R.
